New Student Enrollment Process
CURRENT STUDENT RE-ENROLLMENT INFORMATION BELOW

 

The following “steps for enrollment” are for FIRST time enrollment and must be fully completed before a student is considered enrolled at McCauley Christian Academy.


 

Age Requirement: Students in Pre-K3 must be 3 years of age by September 1 and must be completely potty trained. Pre-K4 students must be 4 years of age by September 1. Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by September 1. Students in Kindergarten through 9th grade will be given an entrance / assessment test prior to enrollment. Students in the 10th - 12th grades will meet with the school administrator prior to enrollment.

 

Steps for Application:

1.  Fill out the PROSPECTIVE STUDENT APPLICATION

2. Entrance / Assessment test scheduled and fee paid.

 

3. Submit:
 

  • Prospective student application
  • Student’s report card from last year or transcripts for high school students
  • Certified birth certificate
  • Immunization records

 

Review of Assessment / Records:

Grade level principal and/or administrator will review the assessment and records and will make a final decision for acceptance/placement.

Upon acceptance, you will be given an enrollment packet that will need to be completed and all required fees paid before your student’s name will be added to a class roster. All application, testing, and enrollment fees are non-refundable.


Current Student Re-Enrollment Information

Instructions to re-enroll your current MCA student online for the 2024-2025 school year:
 

1. Access your Praxi account via the Parent Portal
 

2. Once you have gained access to the Praxi Parent Portal, you will select "Online Forms" in the yellow menu bar at the top of the screen. 

3. Next, select which student you wish to re-enroll in the drop down menu

4. Then, clock on the blue link that says "Re-Enrollment Form" and complete all required fields on that form.

5. Submit Form
 

Note: The FINAL STEP in the re-enrollment process is to schedule an appointment with Mrs. Sheri Quidley in the school finance office to submit payment for your re-enrollment fee. Re-enrollment payment must be submitted by check, money order, cash, or credit/debit card.
