New Student Enrollment Process
The following “steps for enrollment” are for FIRST time enrollment and must be fully completed before a student is considered enrolled at McCauley Christian Academy.
Age Requirement: Students in Pre-K3 must be 3 years of age by September 1 and must be completely potty trained. Pre-K4 students must be 4 years of age by September 1. Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by September 1. Kindergarten through 9th grade students will be given an entrance/assessment test before enrollment. Students in the 10th - 12th grades will meet with the school administrator before enrollment.
Steps for Application:
Step 1
- Fill out the PROSPECTIVE STUDENT APPLICATION
Step 2
- Schedule the entrance/assessment test and pay the fee.
Step 3
- Submit required documents
- Prospective student application
- Student’s report card from last year or transcripts for high school students
- Certified birth certificate
- Immunization records
Review of Assessment / Records:
The grade-level principal and/or administrator will review the assessment and records and make a final decision for acceptance/placement.
Upon acceptance, you will be given an enrollment packet that must be completed and all required fees paid before your student’s name will be added to a class roster. All application, testing, and enrollment fees are non-refundable.
