Mrs. Olivia Arriaga is our Administrator at McCauley Christian Academy.
Mrs. Arriaga holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting & Finance, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Educational Leadership at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Her connection to MCA runs deep — she has been a part of our school community since its very beginning, first as a parent and then as a faculty member. Most recently, she served as our 5th grade teacher for the 2024–2025 school year and has volunteered as a fundraising coordinator for the past two years. In that role, she planned and executed the successful Linda Morgan Invitational Golf Tournament, coordinated our annual book fair, and organized numerous other fundraising events.
Beyond her time at MCA, Mrs. Arriaga brings extensive experience in management and organizational leadership — experience that makes her exceptionally well-suited for the role of Administrator. Her unique background as both a teacher and a leader positions her beautifully to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school, support our faculty, and care for our students and families.
Mrs. Arriaga is also a faithful member of McCauley Baptist Church, where she serves as a ladies' growth group leader. She and her husband, Jesse, along with their son, Maddox, are a treasured part of our church and school family
